Step through a Portal to Italy and experience an evening inspired by the heart and soul of Italian cuisine. Join us at Portofino Utica for an intimate wine pairing dinner that celebrates regional flavors, time-honored techniques, and the warmth of gathering around the table.

Each course is thoughtfully prepared to reflect a different region of Italy, paired to complement the dish and enhance every bite.
The evening begins in Venice, Veneto with Gamberi alla Veneziana, featuring shrimp sautéed with garlic, olive oil, white wine, and fresh parsley.
From there, we travel to Frosinone, Lazio for Abbacchio al Forno con Patate, oven-roasted lamb infused with garlic and rosemary, served alongside tender potatoes.
Our journey continues through Tuscany with Pappardelle al Cinghiale, wide ribbon pasta coated in a rich, slow-braised ragù.
We conclude in Sicily with the classic Pasta alla Norma, highlighting roasted eggplant, tomato sauce, basil, and ricotta salata.
